✮ Assignment: 3D Printed Car ✮
3D Printed Cars: I think 3D printing can definitely help car designers. As the video stated, it isn’t that expensive to actually make, it just takes a long time for it to print. It would give them an idea, or even an exact replica, of the actual model they want to make. Also, as mentioned, you can create designs and features with a 3D printer that you would never be able to so with regular car models. I do think cars could be made this way. In the future, I can imagine they could simplify and quicken the process of 3D printing a car. Also, it could have better material and be more efficient. If I had access to a 3D printer, I would probably make cute decorations or figurines for my room. But, a car would be cool to make, I just don’t think I have the patience to wait, like, 4000 hours. If I were to create my own car, I think I would go with a sports car or a luxury car because I like how they look. They also drive smooth and fast, as far as I know.
