Journal #5:

I was very aware that technology could affect your physical and mental health. If you are not careful, you can seriously hurt yourself and the one’s around you. It isn’t worth it.
Some activities you can do are going outside (taking a walk, running, etc.), just talking with your family or friends, or going to the grocery store to get your supply of tuna. The options are limitless.

I think the biggest issue with digital health is that people just do not know when to stop. There’s definitely a limit and it’s important to know when you’ve reached it or if you’ve crossed it.
